Providing Your Content: If you choose to provide your original Content to Services, you may need a WordPress account. You may create your own WordPress account as governed by their terms or your account may be assigned to you by an administrator, such as your employer. Call us or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a Content review, connect your WordPress account to Accubase and start supplying Content.
Authors & Participants
All published Content on the Site is either owned by or licensed to Company. All Authors will be clearly identified in each post. Site does not serve as an official or unofficial communications vehicle for any Participant, and in no way does Company represent the views of its Participants. Views in guest posts are the views of their respective authors.
Comments and Moderation
Site Content is written or created in a spirit of collaboration and we encourage comments. Comments are open, but we do moderate them. We may remove comments that are off-topic, spammy, abusive, inappropriate, or uncivil in any way in our sole discretion.
Authors & Participants will:
- Grant Company a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to all Content provided by Participant to Services. This license gives Company the right to use, copy, transmit, retransmit, excerpt, translate, publish, republish, distribute, publicly display, host, index, cache, tag and encode Content for use in any form of media within Services or Third Party Services.
- Provide Company with any restrictions with regard to use of their Content, such as limits for transmission, publishing and distribution of said Content.
- Provide Company with any terms and conditions associated with the use of their Content, including payment, future topics of interest and the like.
Company does not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any advice, opinion, statement, or other information displayed, uploaded, or distributed through the Services by any Participant or Third Party. Participating and supplying Content to Company and its Services requires all participants to ensure they are authorized to supply Content on behalf of themselves or their employer.
